Data Analyst

What’s in store for you: You’ll be developing complex products with high coding standards, maintaining our own infrastructure, handling petabytes of data, and solving challenges on a daily basis. In this role, you’ll: • Identify key metrics and create reports and dashboards to track them • Monitor and analyze our metrics and user behaviour to identify cases of fraud or suspicious behaviour and create automated flows to flag and ban such users • Analyze marketing funnels and create the data pipelines to ingest and enrich marketing data • Automate processes and flows to reduce manual work and improve efficiency • Create well-defined hypotheses and analyze users’ tendencies to better understand our users and find improvement opportunities • Perform ad-hoc analyses Your skills & experience: • 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role • Good knowledge of SQL • Experience working with data modelling (ideally with dbt, but using SQL works as well) • Experience working with some of the various data analysis and visualization tools (we use Power BI, but Looker, Tableau, Qlik, Grafana or any other tool works as well) • Ability to raise and evaluate hypotheses about business performance Nice to have requirements: • Experience with automating processes • Experience with identifying and combating fraud Salary & Benefits: • Gross salary: 3800-5000 EUR/month, plus team and individual performance bonuses.
