Welcome to RealAnalystJobs, owned and operated by Anil Kumar Mutte. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

We may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together follows:

• Identity Data: includes first name, last name (if you subscribe).
• Contact Data: includes email address (if you subscribe to alerts).
• Usage Data: includes information about how you use our website, products, and services, measured with Google Analytics and Plumb, our own analytics running on our Cloudflare account. Plumb keeps a random visitor id in your browser storage, records the pages you visit and the link that brought you, and receives payment events from our payment provider so a purchase can be credited to the visit that led to it. When you are signed in, it links your visits to your account using a one-way hash of your email.
• Technical Data: includes internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

• To send you the job alerts you subscribed to.
• If you create an account, to add your email to our newsletter of new analyst roles, sent through Kit (kit.com); every issue has a one-click unsubscribe, and we never re-add anyone who has unsubscribed.
• To improve our website and content based on user behavior.
• To prevent fraud or abuse of our services.

This website includes links to third-party websites (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Company Career Pages). Clicking on those links may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements.

Our app lets an AI assistant look up live analyst jobs, a company's open analyst roles and job-market counts on RealAnalystJobs. It needs no account and has no sign-in.

• What we receive: only the search details the assistant sends for your request, such as a job title, a skill, a location or a company name, plus the technical data any web request carries (such as IP address and time). We do not receive your name, email address or chat history.
• How we use it: solely to return the matching job listings and counts. The app is read-only: it cannot change anything on our site or in your account, and it is not used for advertising or profiling.
• Who receives it: nobody else. We do not sell or share it. Our hosting provider processes the request on our behalf. Your conversation itself is handled by the assistant's provider (for example OpenAI or Anthropic) under its own privacy policy.
• Retention: we do not store search details from the app in our database. Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider are deleted on its normal schedule.
• Your controls: you choose when the assistant uses the app, and you can disconnect or remove it at any time in the assistant's settings (ChatGPT: Plugins; Claude: Connectors). To ask about or delete any data we hold about you, email ani19arya@gmail.com.
