Terms of Service

By accessing or using RealAnalystJobs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. RealAnalystJobs (realanalystjobs.com) is owned and operated by Anil Kumar Mutte, an individual.

RealAnalystJobs is a job aggregator. We do not hire for these roles directly. While we strive to keep our data accurate, we cannot guarantee that a job posting is still active or that the details (salary, remote status) are 100% correct. Always verify on the official company career page.

The Service and its original content (excluding job postings owned by respective companies), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RealAnalystJobs and its licensors.

In no event shall RealAnalystJobs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

The job board is free to browse. The Monthly and Lifetime passes, the earlier Job Pass and Pro plans (one-time payments that do not renew; a Lifetime pass has no end date, and its AI features keep the same fair-use limits as every other pass), the earlier 30-day jobs unlock, older Pro plans and any other purchases are billed through our payment provider, Dodo Payments. We never see or store your card details.

Outside the regions with the higher price table, the Monthly plan is a subscription: it starts with a 3-day free trial, and the card or UPI mandate you add at checkout is charged $2 when the trial ends and then every month until you cancel. We email you before the first charge. You can cancel in one click on the pricing page while signed in; cancelling stops every future charge, and access lasts until the end of the period already started (the trial, or the month already paid). Banks in India may send their own notice and debit up to 48 hours after the renewal date.

7-day refund. If a paid plan or one-time purchase isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days of payment at ani19arya@gmail.com and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason. The one exception is the Weekly pass: ask within 48 hours of payment for a full refund. After 48 hours a Weekly pass is not refundable, because most of it has been used by then.

Job board plans: half back until day 30. For the Monthly and Lifetime passes, the earlier Job Pass and Pro plans, and the earlier 30-day jobs unlock, if you ask after the first 7 days but before day 30, we refund 50% of what you paid (for example, $2.50 back on a $5 Monthly pass). The other half covers payment-provider fees and running costs. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the period already paid for. Lifetime access does not expire. We do not charge for job listings, and we do not run ads or sell user data.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
