Should you use this instead of LinkedIn?

No, and we would not believe anyone who told you otherwise. LinkedIn has more analysts than we ever will. Use both.

What is different here is who sees it. LinkedIn's economics depend on volume, so it is very good at sending you 400 applicants and cannot sell you the opposite. Everyone on this site came looking for an analyst job and nothing else.

Your listing will be labelled “Posted by the employer”. Most roles on this board were read directly from a company's own careers page, and those are labelled “Verified”. We haven't checked yours the same way, so we don't call it the same thing. Candidates can tell the difference, which is why they trust either label.

How much does it cost to post a job?
Nothing. Posting is free, the listing goes live immediately, and it stays on the board for 30 days. There is no paid tier you have to reach to be seen by candidates.
Do I need to create an account?
No. The form asks for the role, a description, an apply link and a work email. We email you a private manage link. Use it to edit, extend or remove the listing any time, with no password to remember and nothing to cancel later.
Can I schedule a job to go live later?
Yes. Leave the go-live date blank to publish immediately, or pick a date up to 60 days ahead and the listing appears on the board automatically that morning. You can edit or cancel it any time before then from your manage link.
How do you stop someone posting jobs for a company they do not work at?
Your listing publishes straight away when the domain of your work email matches the domain of the apply link, which is proof enough that you are at the company you are hiring for. Free mailboxes and third-party ATS links cannot match, so those go to a person for review before they appear.
What happens when the 30 days are up?
The listing stops appearing on the board automatically after 30 days. Nothing recurs and there is nothing to cancel. If the role is still open, use your manage link to extend it another 30 days in one click.
Who actually sees the listing?
It appears on the main jobs board alongside every scraped role and gets its own page on this site, which is more than most scraped listings get, since their canonical home is the employer's own ATS.
