Data Operation Intern

Job Description: • Support Business Unit team to enable data-driven commercial decisions. • Support Business Unit team to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights for management. • Support Business Unit team to frame business problems and prepare business reports. • Analyze large datasets to diagnose performance to identify opportunities. • Help to maintain dashboards to track key commercial metrics. • Deliver fast, ad-hoc analyses in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or relevant field, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Informatics System, or Engineering. • Strong proficiency in SQL and fluent in Google Spreadsheet (pivot, lookup, etc); comfortable working with large datasets. • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker). • Experience with Python or R is a plus. • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
