About the Role Key Responsibilities MIS & HR Analytics Dashboard Design & Governance: Develop, automate, and govern scalable HR dashboards, reports, and data pipelines.Workforce Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely reporting on headcount, attrition, hiring, productivity, compensation, and compliance metrics.Data Insights: Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for HR and business decisions.Executive Reporting: Prepare leadership dashboards, executive presentations, and track strategic HR initiatives including engagement, digitization, and data compliance.Capability Building: Train and enable HR teams to effectively leverage analytics and reporting tools. Process Automation & Execution Project Support: Partner with HR stakeholders to execute operational projects, monitor KPIs, and proactively resolve data or technical blockers.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with HR teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications EducationB.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.Experience3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR Analytics with strong expertise in Python scripting and automation. Required Skills Technical Expertise Programming & Automation: Python, Google Apps Script, scripting, debugging, and workflow automation.Cloud Infrastructure: AWS S3, AWS Lambda, and Athena.Databases & Reporting: Advanced SQL and HRMS reporting tools.Visualization & BI: Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-driven analytics tools.
