This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Targeting Analyst based in Canada.
This role supports enterprise marketing teams by turning customer and campaign data into actionable targeting strategies and insights. You will execute audience targeting across multiple marketing channels while ensuring data is accurate, validated, and aligned with campaign objectives. The position combines hands-on data analysis with campaign measurement, reporting, and strategic recommendations. You will work closely with Digital Communications, Lifecycle, and eCommerce Marketing teams in a highly collaborative environment. Your analysis will help partners make informed decisions, improve campaign performance, and identify new opportunities. The role also offers exposure to segmentation, customer data platforms, and marketing automation technologies while contributing to special projects and broader business initiatives.
Accountabilities:
• Execute campaign targeting across multiple customer and marketing channels.
• Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret data from internal and external platforms to support targeted marketing communications.
• Develop targeting insights that inform data-driven decisions and help channel partners improve performance against business objectives.
• Assess data and platform capabilities to determine the feasibility of targeting strategies and communication initiatives.
• Document analytical findings, identify trends and opportunities, and communicate results from targeted marketing campaigns.
• Partner closely with Digital Communications, Lifecycle, and eCommerce Marketing teams to align targeting strategies with broader campaign plans.
• Provide forward-looking analysis and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders to support business and communication decisions.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal partners and contribute to long-term stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and contribute to special projects as required.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations that highlight opportunities, quantify business impact, and identify potential risks.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, marketing campaign measurement, targeting, or a related area.
• Experience using data analysis, measurement, and campaign execution platforms.
• Experience with marketing campaign targeting, performance measurement, reporting, and using insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with segmentation, customer data platforms (CDPs), and/or marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, quantify, interpret, and effectively leverage data for business decisions.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex analysis into compelling written and verbal communications and presentations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and become a knowledgeable point of contact for internal clients.
Benefits:
• Compensation range of $56–$61 USD.
• Fully remote position.
• Work generally aligned with normal business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.
