As a Manager, Advanced Analytics, you will play a key role in delivering analytical solutions that drive business decisions, improve operational performance, and enhance the customer experience. About the team: The Walmart Fulfillment Services Operations Analytics team drives growth through improving the experience of both customers and sellers. What you'll do: • Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify key challenges and develop data-driven hypotheses and research plans. • Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics models and prototypes to support business objectives. • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to inform functional initiatives and decision-making. • Manage end-to-end project workstreams, ensuring risk mitigation and successful delivery of analytics solutions. • Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team to enhance skills and drive business results. • Foster strong partnerships across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support analytics initiatives.
