This is an opportunity for a data-focused professional to support educational quality and regulatory analysis through reliable, actionable insights. The role combines data extraction, validation, modeling, reporting, and dashboard development. You will work with indicators related to ENADE, the Higher Education Census, and institutional evaluation processes. Your analyses will help teams monitor performance, understand trends, and support operational and regulatory decisions. The position offers a fully remote environment with opportunities to automate processes and improve analytical workflows. You will collaborate with different data sources and business areas while ensuring accuracy and consistency across key indicators. Accountabilities • Develop, model, populate, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring intuitive, functional views aligned with the area's key indicators. • Calculate, consolidate, and monitor internal and external quality indicators, applying business rules and metrics accurately. • Extract, transform, cross-reference, and validate data from corporate and external sources, ensuring information quality, integrity, and reliability. • Build analytical views for processes, units, and campuses to support regulatory and operational activities. • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards focused on ENADE, the Higher Education Census, and institutional evaluation indicators. • Automate recurring analytical and reporting activities to improve operational efficiency. • Monitor institutional and regulatory metrics and provide analytical insights that support decision-making. • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and the continuous evolution of reports, dashboards, and analytical methodologies. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field. • Intermediate knowledge of databases, particularly SQL. • Programming knowledge, preferably with Python. • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel for analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. • Intermediate English is considered a plus. • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and identify relevant insights. • Strong organizational skills and autonomy to manage activities and priorities independently. • Results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to solving problems. • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and translate analytical findings into practical solutions. • Curiosity and enthusiasm for transforming data into solutions that generate meaningful business and operational impact.
