Accountabilities • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing user behavior patterns, system efficiency, product performance, and feature usage. • Lead quantitative investigations alongside business teams, validating problems through data and providing insights to support prioritization and resolution. • Support business teams in defining and managing KPIs, including automating calculations, developing visualizations, and monitoring performance across relevant dimensions. • Collect and analyze market intelligence, including industry trends and competitor activity, to help teams identify which problems to solve and determine appropriate approaches. • Develop and evolve the area's testing and experimentation framework, including the design and analysis of A/B tests. • Structure and disseminate data foundations that enable business teams to consume information independently, efficiently, and securely. • Translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations that support business and product decisions. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to strengthen data-driven practices and continuously improve how information is used across the organization. Requirements • Bachelor's degree completed in a relevant field such as Data, Technology, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related areas. • Professional experience in data analysis and KPI management, preferably within digital products, marketplaces, technology companies, or other data-intensive environments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex business questions using quantitative evidence. • Advanced SQL knowledge and hands-on experience developing queries and extracting data. • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. • Experience using Excel for data analysis and manipulation. • Knowledge of Python and/or R for analytical and data-related activities. • Knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing. • Interest in Machine Learning, including supervised and unsupervised models. • Ability to communicate insights clearly and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. • This is an affirmative-action opportunity for People with Disabilities (PwD) .
