This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Estratégia de Crédito Pleno - Randon Consórcios based in Brazil.
This is an analytical and strategic role focused on credit risk, portfolio performance, and sustainable business growth.
You will transform financial and operational data into insights that support credit, collection, recovery, and profitability decisions.
The position combines data analysis, business intelligence, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
You will monitor portfolio indicators, identify trends and deviations, and recommend actions to improve operational results.
The role also involves developing segmentation studies, simulations, dashboards, and executive analyses.
You will work closely with business stakeholders in a dynamic environment connecting business, technology, and analytics.

Accountabilities
•
Analyze the performance of credit and collections portfolios, identifying trends, deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
•
Monitor strategic and operational indicators related to credit approval, delinquency, recovery, losses, profitability, and portfolio efficiency.
•
Develop customer and portfolio segmentation studies to support differentiated credit, collection, renegotiation, and recovery strategies.
•
Continuously evaluate existing credit policies and strategies, recommending adjustments to operational parameters, decision flows, approval limits, and collection initiatives.
•
Track portfolio performance indicators such as vintage analysis, roll rates, recovery rates, approval rates, over 30/60/90 indicators, net losses, and other relevant risk metrics.
•
Develop, automate, and enhance dashboards, executive reports, and analytical routines while ensuring business rules and information governance are correctly applied.
•
Analyze collection campaigns and recovery initiatives, assessing their effectiveness and financial return.
•
Conduct projections, simulations, and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and decisions involving portfolio expansion, profitability, and risk.
•
Evaluate credit and collections suppliers and partners, identifying opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
•
Prepare executive presentations, technical assessments, and management materials to support leadership, committees, and board-level decisions.
•
Support and implement action plans resulting from internal and external audits within the scope of responsibility.
Requirements
•
Completed undergraduate degree.
•
Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
•
Intermediate SQL skills, with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze relevant business data.
•
Intermediate Power BI knowledge and experience developing analytical dashboards and reports.
•
Knowledge of applied statistics for business analysis.
•
Understanding of financial products and credit operations.
•
Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns and inconsistencies, and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
•
Strong analytical mindset with a critical approach to risk, portfolio performance, and business decisions.
•
Experience working with credit risk, collections, portfolio management, or related analytical functions is valuable.
•
Knowledge of Python, Databricks, and automation or ETL tools is desirable.
•
Familiarity with credit risk and collections indicators is a plus.
•
Experience with project management is advantageous.
•
Strong communication skills and the ability to present analytical findings clearly to business and senior stakeholders.
