Candidate must have good Accounting Knowledge Having well-versed in MS-Excel Excellent Communication Skills Worked in Trial Balance & Balance sheet activities The primary responsibilities of this role include – • Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities as per defined timelines • Post journal entries with proper documentation and approvals • Handle daily cash, holdings, trade transactions and their respective reconciliations. • Prepare and review reconciliations and resolve discrepancies • Perform variance analysis of P&L and balance sheet accounts • Support preparation of TB checks and schedules • Ensure accuracy of ledger balances • Ensure adherence to accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, or local GAAP) • Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies. • Respond to queries from auditors, controllers, and business stakeholders • Support regional or global finance teams across geographies • Identify opportunities for process standardization and automation • Support transition activities and SOP documentation Graduate with Accounting major or equivalent 0 - 1 Year
