• Business Requirements & Analytics Translation: Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives and decision-making needs, and translate them into clear data, reporting and analytics requirements. • Data Analytics & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical solutions using Power BI and other relevant analytics tools to provide meaningful and actionable business insights. • Data Preparation & Modeling: Extract, transform, combine and structure data from multiple sources to enable effective analysis and reporting; develop appropriate data models and measures to support business requirements. • Insight Generation: Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify trends, performance gaps, root causes and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional and global stakeholders to validate requirements, align solutions with business needs and continuously improve analytics capabilities. • Process Excellence: Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve business processes through data, automation and continuous improvement methodologies.
