AppleCare Business Development Commercial Analyst

In this role, you will be the strategic and analytical lead on a worldwide team that designs and negotiates AppleCare commercial programs tailored to carrier, retail, and insurance partners globally. No two partners operate the same way — and the programs we build reflect that. Success in this role requires resourcefulness, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to build trusted relationships across Finance, Operations, Legal, and Sales. 7+ years experience in Corporate Finance, management/strategy consulting, or related field within a fast-paced, matrixed environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience developing robust financial models Advanced proficiency in Keynote and experience developing and presenting strategic concepts to senior leadership in a large-scale corporate environment Strong quantitative and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear, actionable recommendations Proven track record of managing complex, data-driven projects with multiple stakeholders in ambiguous environments Experience in deal structuring, commercial negotiations, or partnership development Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Understanding of or willingness to learn the AppleCare, device protection, and service businesses MS/MBA preferred Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
