As a Automation Engineer in the D&B Taiwan Delivery & Implementation team, your primary focus will be on： 【KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】 【KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】 Customer Consulting & Analytics (80%) • Conduct customer discovery workshops and business requirement assessments. • Understand customer business priorities, industry challenges, and analytical needs. • Translate customer requirements into data-driven solutions and recommendations. • Deliver analytical insights and executive-level presentations. • Provide consultative support for Risk, Supply Chain, ESG, Compliance, and Data Intelligence solutions. • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams during customer onboarding and adoption phases. • Support strategic customer engagements and complex consulting projects. • Develop customer success plans focused on value realization and measurable business impact. • Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers. Data Science & Solution Development (20%) • Develop analytical models and customer-specific data solutions. • Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical assessments. • Build Python-based analytical tools and reusable frameworks. • Create customer dashboards and visualizations. • Support AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives where applicable. • Contribute to analytical best practices and knowledge-sharing initiatives. 【SKILLS】 【REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS】 • Python • SQL • REST API • Excel • Statistical Analysis • Data Visualization • Data Storytelling • Business Analytics 【PREFERRED TECHNICAL SKILLS】 • Machine Learning • Predictive Analytics • Power BI • Tableau • Databricks • AI Applications and LLMs • JIRA • Confluence 【EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS】 • 5+ years of experience in customer consulting, analytics, business intelligence, data science, or advisory services. • Proven experience presenting insights and recommendations to business stakeholders. • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Economics, or related field. • Experience in Risk Analytics, ESG Analytics, Financial Services, Supply Chain Intelligence, or Commercial Data. • Experience in customer-facing consulting engagements.
