For Linklaters Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the BDM Data Analyst role. Work arrangements: Contract: 12-month contract of employment Hybrid working model: 2 days per week in the Q22 office Working hours: 9:00–17:15 About the team The BDM Data Analyst plays a key role in maintaining the quality, integrity and availability of the firm's client and contact data across SAP CRM, Client Book and Salesforce. The role supports effective client relationship management, business reporting, matter opening, anti-money laundering and conflict checking processes by ensuring that client information, contact data, corporate structures and Linklaters-specific classifications remain accurate, compliant and up to date. Priority focus for this role will be to support work related to the decommissioning of two legacy systems, the successful candidate will assist the BDM team in ensuring the correct contacts are able added to campaigns, mailings and events. They will assist in data quality and accuracy checks using Introhive. You will be responsible for • Processing, validating and maintaining client, company and contact data • Researching and updating data linked to corporate events and contact changes • Supporting data quality, governance and privacy compliance • Working with internal stakeholders across Business Acceptance, Risk and other business teams • Verifying information using internal and external sources • Supporting campaign, mailing and event contact accuracy • Assisting with legacy system decommissioning Apply if you • Have at least 1 year of experience managing CRM data within a professional services environment • Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail • Are confident working with spreadsheets and structured datasets • Communicate fluently in spoken and written English • Can manage high-volume work and follow detailed procedures consistently • Have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate results and required next steps clearly • Are comfortable managing high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency Benefits Joining Team Linklaters will see you qualify for a range of benefits designed to reward the vital contribution you'll be making to our success.
