Role Summary
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to assess current operations, identify improvement opportunities, and support the design and implementation of practical solutions.
What You’ll Do
• Gather, define, and prioritize business requirements in close collaboration with clients.
• Analyze current processes, operational data, pain points, and root causes.
• Perform process gap analysis and identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Design future-state processes and support process re-engineering initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, or process specifications.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to support solution design and implementation.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions.
• Support project delivery, requirement changes, testing, and implementation activities.
• Prepare clear analysis, recommendations, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
• University degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, transformation, or a similar role.
• Strong experience in the asset management industry , preferably across mutual, provident, or private funds.
• Good understanding of fund operations , including fund accounting, NAV, investor services, and reporting.
• Experience in operational excellence , process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause and data-driven analysis.
• Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and process re-engineering .
• Experience gathering and managing business and functional requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business, operations, and technology teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Pragmatic, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
