Business Analyst

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our MI & Data Insights team and play a key role in shaping how data, technology and business teams work together. This isn't a traditional reporting style role. You'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to translate complex requirements into meaningful solutions that improve efficiency, enhance decision-making and unlock greater value from our data. Working closely with underwriting, distribution, claims, finance, actuarial and technology teams, you'll be involved in high-profile transformation initiatives that directly influence how one of the world's leading specialist insurance businesses operates.
