As a Business Analyst+Guidewire you will support data and analytics engineering efforts that transform raw data into usable insights and help shape data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions for client service engagements within our Advisory practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client relationships, mentor junior team members, and navigate ambiguity while maintaining professional and technical standards. In this role at PwC, you will apply critical thinking, interpret data to inform recommendations, and use Guidewire knowledge to contribute to the design and delivery of data solutions that support business decisions. Responsibilities - Analyzing business requirements and translating them into data engineering solutions for Guidewire-related client initiatives - Designing and documenting data pipelines, integration flows, and transformation logic across cloud-based platforms - Applying data modeling, data quality, and validation methods to support reliable reporting and downstream analytics - Configuring and supporting data movement across AWS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, and related tools - Interpreting complex business and technical concepts to guide workstream deliverables and resolve implementation issues - Reviewing assigned tasks and deliverables from junior team members to help maintain consistent work product - Collaborating with client stakeholders to identify data challenges, clarify requirements, and adjust delivery plans as priorities change - Using critical thinking to evaluate data structures, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and recommend practical improvements - Supporting modernization efforts that migrate legacy data assets into scalable cloud-native environments - Applying Agile delivery methods to track progress, coordinate dependencies, and move work forward across assigned engagements What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics - Demonstrating Guidewire business analysis experience in data modernization engagements - Interpreting client needs into actionable data and technology requirements - Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex workflow challenges - Applying data interpretation skills to shape recommendations and insights - Collaborating across teams while managing ambiguity and shifting priorities Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date
