In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner to transform business needs into clear, actionable deliverables. You will play a vital role in defining user stories, designing wireframes, building product roadmaps, and planning software releases. This is a highly collaborative role that bridges product, design, engineering, and business teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Key Responsibilities User Story Development & Backlog Grooming  Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed, well-structured user stories.  Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring that stories are properly estimated, prioritized, and ready for development.  Define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with business goals and user needs. Release Planning & Roadmapping  Assist in developing and maintaining release plans, identifying key milestones and deliverables.  Support creation and regular updates of product roadmaps, aligning with strategic goals and customer feedback.  Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate timelines and manage expectations. Wireframing & Design Collaboration  Create low- to medium-fidelity wireframes to visually represent user flows and functional requirements.  Work closely with UI/UX designers to validate wireframes and ensure user-centric designs.  Conduct design walkthroughs with stakeholders and development teams. Stakeholder Communication  Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.  Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions alongside the Product Owner.  Support change management activities by clearly documenting impacts and ensuring traceability. Required Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.  3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile or Scrum environment.  Proven experience writing clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.  Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle.  Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).  Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools. Preferred Qualifications  Experience working in a SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software environment.  Exposure to user research or usability testing.  Familiarity with APIs, data modeling, or basic technical architecture concepts.
