Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Business Solutions Job Model: Work from Office Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CRM domain/ SaaS based products and will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs identifying solutions and ensuring successful implementation. This position does not require travel and operates during day shifts. Responsibilities: • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Develop detailed project plans (PI Planning) , write technical user stories and timelines to guide the implementation of business solutions. • Responsible to validate user story completion in Sprint demo • Utilize tools to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business needs and improve performance. • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders addressing any issues or risks that arise. • Ensure that all solutions comply with industry standards and best practices for security and data protection. • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend improvements as needed. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all business analysis activities and deliverables. • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve business analysis practices. • Contribute to the companies purpose by driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions that benefit society. Qualifications: • Possess a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools. • Demonstrate proficiency in using Agile methodologies for developing and deploying SaaS products. • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. • Have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion. • Show ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights. • Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Be adaptable to changing business needs and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Experience with working on C RM products and SaaS model products in retail domain Experience with working in Agile methodologies (Sprint, Epic, user story ) Familiarity with third party API integrations Familarity with SQL or other database technologies. Awareness of performance or security testing concepts.
