About this role

The Company Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health. We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us. Meet the team: Our team drives high-level strategy by delivering analysis that informs executive decisions and continuous improvement. We foster a collaborative, growth-driven culture where business acumen meets technical expertise. We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help turn data into strategic insight. As part of our Business Intelligence team, you’ll focus primarily on Customer Success insights and play a key role in shaping decisions across the organisation. You’ll be empowered to take ownership, experiment with new ideas, and bridge the gap between data and business needs. If you’re passionate about using data to drive impact and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you. Where you come in: • You will build, test and refine: Develop and evolve dashboards and reports through investigative analysis. Form hypotheses, explore data, and test assumptions to deliver insights that drive better decisions. • You will explore and analyse: Tackle complex business questions by combining data from multiple sources. Identify the right questions to ask and uncover insights that shape both daily operations and long-term strategy. • You will tell the story: Use statistical techniques and critical thinking to spot trends and patterns, then translate them into clear, compelling stories that resonate with stakeholders and support key decisions. • You will collaborate and influence: Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to deliver timely, ad hoc analyses. Gather and refine stakeholder requirements, propose improvements, estimate impact, and pitch ideas that influence strategy and process. • You will prioritise and deliver: Engage in multiple projects simultaneously, balancing short-term requests with long-term initiatives. Prioritise effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs that align with business needs. • You will track business impact: Monitor the outcomes of implemented insights and recommendations, helping quantify their effect on key performance indicators and business goals. • You will promote data quality: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through rigorous validation and quality checks, building trust in the numbers that drive decisions. • You will innovate and improve: Embrace experimentation and continuous improvement. Stay current with BI trends and proactively trial new tools, predictive analytics, automation, or analytical approaches to enhance our capabilities. What makes you successful: • You are strong at exploring complex business problems, testing hypotheses, and translating data into actionable insights that drive meaningful outcomes. • You have advanced proficiency in Tableau and MS Excel, and you can craft clear, engaging visuals and narratives that make complex data accessible and compelling. • You have solid experience with SQL and working with large datasets or data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery). You’re familiar with ETL processes and can combine data from multiple sources. Experience with Looker, Python, or cloud-based analytics is a plus. • You have a deep understanding of business processes and performance metrics, particularly in customer‑centric environments. • You excel at gathering and refining requirements, managing expectations, and building trust with stakeholders across functions. • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and you can clearly articulate insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences while working effectively in cross‑functional teams. • You demonstrate a proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership, challenge assumptions, and drive improvements. You’re comfortable proposing new ideas and seeing them through. • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively, and deliver high‑quality work in a dynamic environment. • You stay current with BI trends and tools, embrace experimentation, and continuously look for ways to improve your skills and enhance the team’s capabilities. • You are familiar with customer lifecycle metrics, support operations, or have experience working with customer‑facing teams (a plus). What you’ll get: • A comprehensive onboarding and training on the job. • Opportunity to work in a diverse and inclusive environment with colleagues representing 45+ different nationalities. • Hybrid working model, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in a modern, well-equipped office space. • 5 additional vacation days, with potential for more for parents, students, and other cases with approval. • Opportunity to work from other countries for up to 30 days per year. •
