Client Relationship Management - Analyst

The Role We are seeking a Client Relationship Management Analyst to help strengthen client satisfaction and retention through excellent service support and data-driven insights. In this role, you will partner closely with relationship leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure client needs are met efficiently, proactively, and consistently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of client interaction, reporting/analytics, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced professional services environment. Key Responsibilities • Client support: Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries; coordinate timely resolution and ensure a strong client experience. • Client insights & analysis: Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities. • Reporting: Prepare and share periodic reporting on client satisfaction, account performance, and relationship health for leaders and stakeholders. • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to align solutions and service delivery with client needs. • Process improvement: Recommend and support enhancements to improve relationship management practices and operational efficiency. • CRM documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of interactions, feedback, and action items in the CRM system. • Market awareness: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to support planning and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree (required). • 2–5 years’ experience in client relationship management, customer service, or an analytical client-facing role (experience in Employee Health & Benefits is strongly preferred). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-centric mindset. • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
