Technical Business Analyst (Senior level) Job Summary: As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming business requirements into technical specifications. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring that technical teams have a clear understanding of the project goals. Your expertise in CRM project implementation, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics, will be a valuable asset to our organization. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams. • Assist in the design and implementation of CRM solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics. • Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements. • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation phase. • Maintain documentation of requirements, processes, and system changes. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field. • 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst. • Experience in CRM project implementation, with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
