You’ll deploy and develop pipelines and platforms that organize and make disparate data meaningful. You Have: • 15+ years of experience in a professional environment • 6+ years of experience designing, developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining databases, software applications, and data workflows • Experience leading technical teams or database and application development efforts • Experience in Python, R, or SQL, including database querying, program troubleshooting, and workflow automation • Experience developing metrics, reporting, or decision-support products, documenting technical work, and training end users • Knowledge of SharePoint and Power Apps • Knowledge of Naval Aviation maintenance and supply processes and related data systems, including NAMP, P-485, OOMA, DECKPLATE, AMSRR, RSUPPLY, AFAST, ACES, TFMMS, SHARP, MSHARP, PSILS, and ASM • Ability to independently support high-visibility or mission-critical work and lead or oversee technical staff • Secret clearance • Associate’s degree and 4+ years of experience with data engineering, Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience with data engineering, or 6+ years of experience with data engineering in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: • Experience supporting Naval Aviation readiness, maintenance, supply, or enterprise analytics initiatives • Experience developing data pipelines, ETL processes, automated reporting, or analytics products using Python, SQL, PySpark, or Databricks • Experience with Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Power Apps, Excel, Access, or VBA • Experience with cloud computing, distributed data processing, and structured or unstructured data environments • Experience applying statistical methods, data visualization, data governance, or data-quality practices to operational decision support • Experience developing standardized metrics, dashboards, data-literacy products, or self-service analytics tools Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
