Global Data Analyst

Agency : Havas Media Group Spain Job Description : . The Global Data and Technology team is looking for a candidate for the position of Global Data Analyst. We are looking for a Data Analyst. You will be situated within the product team, the data Engineering team, and working closely with the strategic Media Planning & client experience team. You will deliver Products across multiple regions and clients and support local markets across global initiatives, for optimal cross pollination and maximising the integrated connections between practice and product. Mission & Responsibilities • Provides the product team with a technical expertise applied to data and solutions. • Automate daily tasks with technical scripting languages. • Translate complex data analysis into clear product logic, insights, and decisions. • Develop media budget allocation tools with deep understanding of reach curves, and scenario modelling. • Perform data analysis to evaluate product outputs. • Partner with data scientists who design and build algorithms, providing analytical framing, validation, and media context. • Use AI‑enabled tools to explore, test, and improve product features and decision frameworks. Soft Skills & Competencies • 5+years of experience in data analysis, ideally within media, advertising, marketing analytics, or related domains. • Strong understanding of media metrics, reach curve analysis, and budget optimisation concepts. • Hands‑on experience with analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Python, R, BI tools). • Comfortable working independently with low stakeholder exposure in an internal, product‑focused environment. • Loves problem solving. • Individual contributor with full ownership of projects. • Proficiency in English is a must. #LI-CO1 Contract Type : Permanent Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
