About this role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Analytics) based in Mexico.
As a Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Analytics), you will own marketing measurement end-to-end, from attribution infrastructure and tracking implementation to advanced analysis and strategic recommendations. You will build scalable measurement frameworks that connect marketing activity with meaningful business outcomes. The role goes beyond standard attribution by incorporating incrementality, causal analysis, and second-order effects into investment decisions. You will work closely with Marketing, Data Engineering, Product, Sales, and Finance teams to improve measurement quality and optimize growth. You will also independently investigate data, uncover trends and anomalies, and turn complex findings into clear recommendations. This is a high-ownership role for an analytical leader who wants to directly influence marketing strategy, budget allocation, and sustainable growth.
Accountabilities:
You will lead the organization’s marketing measurement strategy while remaining hands-on with analytics, tracking infrastructure, experimentation, and the development of actionable insights.
• Design, implement, and continuously refine attribution models across marketing channels to accurately reflect complex customer journeys.
• Develop frameworks to identify and incorporate second-order effects, including brand awareness, funnel priming, and downstream conversion impacts that may not be directly attributable.
• Define and implement incrementality measurement approaches, including geo holdouts, intent-to-treat analyses, and synthetic controls.
• Own attribution methodology decisions and clearly communicate the strengths, limitations, and trade-offs of different approaches.
• Lead tracking infrastructure implementation, including pixels, tag management, and event tracking across web and mobile applications.
• Design and maintain server-to-server integrations to improve signal quality, reduce data loss, and strengthen campaign optimization.
• Audit and troubleshoot discrepancies across tracking and analytics systems to maintain end-to-end data accuracy.
• Manage and evolve the marketing analytics stack, including GA4, Amplitude, third-party attribution platforms, and Databricks.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Product teams to improve event schemas, tracking coverage, and data pipeline reliability.
• Independently extract, structure, and analyze data to answer business questions and move initiatives forward without relying on others for every analysis.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable visibility into campaign performance, channel ROI, and attribution trends.
• Proactively identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Use advanced analytics to connect marketing activity with business outcomes and inform budget allocation and channel mix decisions.
• Partner with Performance and Lifecycle Marketing teams to translate measurement insights into campaign optimizations.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments to validate attribution assumptions and improve measurement accuracy.
• Support marketing budget forecasting and establish frameworks for maximizing return on investment.
• Serve as an internal expert on attribution and measurement, helping Marketing, Data, and Finance teams build a shared understanding of best practices.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines deep marketing analytics expertise with strong technical capabilities, business judgment, and the independence to own complex measurement initiatives from implementation through strategic recommendation.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex, end-to-end analytical projects.
• Strong technical expertise in tracking implementation, including GTM or equivalent tag management, pixel setup, web and mobile event tracking, and server-to-server integrations.
• Deep knowledge of multi-touch, data-driven, and incrementality-based attribution models, including their limitations and appropriate use cases.
• Strong analytical understanding of second-order marketing effects and the ability to incorporate indirect contributions into strategic and budget recommendations.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI or analytics platform such as Databricks, Data Studio, Tableau, or an equivalent tool.
• Ability to independently extract, structure, and model data without relying on Data teams for every analysis.
• Experience with web analytics platforms such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics and behavioral analytics tools such as Amplitude.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their measurement challenges, including paid social, SEM, programmatic, affiliate, and CRM.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis applied to marketing measurement.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear strategic recommendations for non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly focused on data accuracy and actionable outcomes.
• Experience with statistical modeling or machine learning applied to marketing, such as marketing mix modeling or propensity models, is a plus.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts is desirable.
Benefits:
• Fully remote: Work remotely from Mexico as part of a distributed environment.
• High-impact role: Directly influence marketing investment decisions, channel strategy, measurement, and sustainable growth.
• Strategic ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of attribution and marketing analytics initiatives.
