JOB SUMMARY The Data Analyst plays a key role in the Innovation Division, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to support strategic business decisions. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to identify critical metrics, develop comprehensive reports, and produce clear, actionable visualizations. The Data Analyst contributes to the evaluation and enhancement of the agency’s products, processes, and overall performance, with a focus on maintaining high standards, streamlining operations, and improving customer experience. Additionally, the role supports project management and organizational assessments, helping to optimize internal structures, business processes, and IT systems. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. • Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. • Work closely with business teams to present data-driven insights and recommendations. • Develop and implement reports, dashboards, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. • Interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and understandable way. • Create visuals and dashboards to communicate data insights effectively. • Identify data issues and inconsistencies and recommend solutions for improving data quality. • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations. • Support decision making with data-driven insights and strategies. • Assist in the development and automation of data analysis processes. • Perform other job duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field. Plus, two years of professional experience in statistical modeling and/or data analytics. · OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
