IT asset management & logistics analyst

What success looks like in this role: • Manage ServiceNow stock tickets, CMDB updates, and ITAM activities. • Forecast and govern asset inventory across internal and vendor locations. • Maintain stockrooms, transfers, inventory accuracy, and asset tracking. • Coordinate laptop shipments and logistics. • Support asset recovery, offboarding, disposal, and audits. • Provide reporting, vendor coordination, and stakeholder support.
