Junior Pensions & Benefits Operations Analyst Work arrangement Full-time City Warsaw Country Poland Department Business Delivery Solutions - Tax & Legal Team Banking Managed Services Area of interest Finance, Human Resources Way of work Office-based Description & Requirements Who we are looking for • Previous experience in Employee Benefits, Pensions, Payroll, HR Operations or a related area. • Understanding of benefits and pension processes. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and confidence working with data. • Very good Excel skills and strong organizational skills. • Very good command of English and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. • Experience with Darwin or another benefits administration platform would be an advantage. Your future role • Support pension and employee benefit programmes across EMEA, including payroll-related processes. • Assist with benefit renewals, data preparation, employee communications and system updates. • Support payroll and invoice reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy. • Coordinate with external pension and benefits providers and support vendor management activities. • Support benefits benchmarking, reporting and data analysis. • Help ensure processes comply with internal requirements and local EMEA regulations. • Contribute to process improvement, technology, AI and automation initiatives.
