We're building the platform that solves shipping, at scale, globally! In this role, you'll be at the heart of Sendcloud’s Operations Department, working for every department in the company. Our purpose is to help accelerate Sendcloud's growth in the most efficient way. 🧐 The Role As a Junior Quantitative Business Analyst, you are first and foremost a builder. You design and build AI agents, AI workflows, automations and data solutions that boost internal efficiency and power decision-making across Sendcloud. You won't do this alone. You'll be part of the wider OPS team of ~15 QBAs, and our own team of data engineers helps run our solutions on AWS. We have a very flat hierarchy and a pleasant, informal culture. That means lots of knowledge sharing sessions, colleagues who are always happy to help and spar, and plenty of social activities both during and outside of work. 🎯 What you'll do As a junior, you'll start on well-scoped projects alongside experienced QBAs who coach you and review your work, and you'll take on more ownership as you grow. • You’re a key player in the full journey from end to end. You sit with stakeholders to understand the business problem, then you design the solution, build and implement it, and keep optimising it once it's live. • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, using it to deliver value early and iterate fast, because meaningful long-term impact starts with small, pragmatic wins. • You're business savvy and a clear communicator, so you bridge the gap between tech and business by translating complex challenges into practical, high-impact solutions. ✅ What you bring to the table Personally • You have a strong analytical and technical mindset with a passion for problem-solving • You are eager to apply AI and build solutions to real business challenges • You are proactive, business savvy and eager to make a tangible impact on the business • Communication is one of your strengths, you pride yourself on being able to explain complex ideas clearly. • You enjoy working closely with a variety of stakeholders. Professionally • Master’s degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer or Software Science or another technical field • 0–2 years of relevant work experience • Fluent in English - written and spoken • You have experience with coding, data warehouses, cloud, AI, ETL, Python, LangChain/Graph • You are located in the Brabant or Limburg area, you are excited to work in office (min 3x a week) • Bonus: Extra-curricular activities, cool tech hobbies or projects, or a side business. ❤️ Our Values • 💩 No bullshit: Big egos suck.
