Materials Procurement Sr Representative

Responsibilities • Manage procurement activities including demand/supply review, PO management, supplier acknowledgement, PO rescheduling, shortages, MOQ, On Time Delivery and shipment coordination. • Work closely with suppliers to ensure supply continuity and resolve operational issues. • Analyze procurement, inventory and supplier data to identify risks and improvement opportunities. • Automate and digitalize manual procurement processes using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, Python, SQL or web-based solutions. • Develop dashboards, automated reports and tools to improve productivity and decision-making. • Drive continuous improvement to simplify, standardize and automate procurement workflows. Qualifications • Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, Computer Engineering or related disciplines. • Strong interest in Procurement, Supply Chain, Automation and Digital Transformation. • Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Python, SQL, Power Automate, VBA, web development or similar technologies is an advantage. • Strong analytical, problem-solving and logical-thinking skills. • Self-motivated with good communication skills and a strong sense of ownership. • Procurement, supply chain, manufacturing or ERP experience is an advantage but not mandatory. • Fresh graduates and early-career candidates with strong technical/automation capabilities are encouraged to apply.
