PSP & Banking Operations Analyst

This is a rarely available opportunity to take full ownership of the full lifecycle of PSP and banking operations , reconciliations and reporting with a well-established multi-jurisdictional iGaming Aggregator, operating multiple brands globally. Role & Responsibilities • Take full ownership of PSP & Banking Operations • Test and monitor PSP performance • Negotiate terms & conditions and ensure fees are charged correctly • Onboard new PSPs • Enhance performance of active PSPs, using AI and automation • Reconcile bank and multi-currency wallet transactions • Create and retrieve statements and other essential reports • Continuously monitor PSP balances to ensure sufficient funding to support withdrawals • Manage PSP & banking back-office autonomously • Collaborate closely with Payments, BI & Finance departments • Cashflow forecasting • Assist Accounting Team with financial analysis and reporting Education, Skills & Experience • Bachelor Degree or A-levels in Accounting / equivalent thereof • Significant experience of managing PSP & banking operations in a high volume transactions environment, meeting strict timelines • Several years of working as an accountant or towards being an accountant • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills • Reconciliations expert! • Preferably experience of working with Xero & Aurum • Extremely analytical mindset, with a strong interest in testing and using automation tools to enhance performance and save time • Ability to commence work within 4 weeks of an offer being made is a strong preference About this role • Full time, based in Sliema, Malta • Hybrid, offering 2 days WFH weekly • Salary to €40K • Private Health Insurance & other health benefits Please, apply with your detailed CV in English *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
