About this role
This role will lead the creation of the Store Level Sales Forecast (SLSF) for 500+ retail stores Worldwide, informing staffing strategy / resource optimization and benchmark setting to drive commercial performance. It involves a mixture of weekly / quarterly responsibilities and project based / innovative time. Key business partners include: VP of Stores, WW Ownership Operations, Retail Store Analytics and Retail Finance teams.
3+ years of experience in finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or a related quantitative field.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
Understand and work with complex data sets.
Experience leveraging AI tools to transform processes and drive efficiencies in an organization.
Analytical thinker and quick learner with demonstrated problem solving skills.
Demonstrated success managing multiple activities, projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-growing, results-driven environment.
Independent and self-motivated.
Ability to build effective partnerships in a cross-functional organization.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including executive level presentations.
Experience with visualization and analytical tools such as Tableau MBA
