Job Summary The Lead Analyst (IC2) – Portuguese Language supports Oracle Finance's global invoice-delivery and Accounts Receivable operations, with particular emphasis on Portuguese-language activities and Brazil web-portal invoicing . The role is responsible for invoice delivery, Brazil web-portal uploads, reconciliation, and operational issue resolution. It also supports global web/e-invoicing deployments and additional Accounts Receivable initiatives, including process improvements and system enhancements. The position requires Portuguese reading and speaking proficiency, working accounting knowledge, effective interpersonal communication, Microsoft Office skills, and flexibility to work night shifts and other business-driven shift timings. Key Responsibilities Invoice Delivery & Operations • Support post-invoice delivery through applicable channels, including email, paper, e-invoicing, and customer web portals. • Perform Brazil web-portal invoice uploads and associated operational activities. • Monitor invoice-delivery status and investigate delivery fallouts. • Support accurate and timely customer invoice delivery. Reconciliation & Issue Resolution • Perform invoice-delivery reconciliations. • Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution of identified issues. • Identify and address invoice-delivery fallouts and compliance exceptions. • Work with appropriate stakeholders to resolve operational issues. E-Invoicing & Compliance • Support global web-invoicing and e-invoicing deployments . • Support invoice validation against applicable country-specific tax and statutory requirements. • Assist with government-mandated e-invoicing and validation requirements where applicable to assigned processes. • Support relevant vendor and data-mapping activities. Stakeholder Collaboration • Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to support invoice-delivery operations. • Use Portuguese language capability where required for assigned activities and stakeholder interactions. • Communicate operational issues, dependencies, and resolution requirements clearly. Process Improvement & System Enhancements • Support Accounts Receivable process-improvement initiatives. • Identify opportunities to improve invoice-delivery accuracy, efficiency, and operational controls. • Support system enhancements associated with invoice-delivery and related AR processes. • Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement. Mandatory Requirements • Portuguese reading proficiency. • Portuguese speaking proficiency. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Working/fair knowledge of accounting. • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly: • Excel • Word • PowerPoint • Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts and other business-driven shift timings . • Ability to support operations from Bangalore .
