This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Analyst Revenue Integrity & Governance based in the United States.
This role serves as a critical financial connection between commercial deal execution, pricing strategy, billing, and revenue accounting.
You will manage pricing pipeline data, evaluate complex contract structures, and help ensure commercial decisions protect revenue and gross margins.
The position combines advanced financial modeling, revenue recognition expertise, contract governance, and operational analysis.
You will work closely with commercial, billing, accounting, and executive stakeholders to accelerate deal reviews while maintaining strong financial controls.
A key focus will be identifying revenue leakage, managing variable consideration and price concessions, and reducing financial risk before contracts are finalized.
The role also offers an opportunity to improve pricing governance, reporting processes, and scalable financial workflows in a remote corporate environment.
Success will be measured through pricing accuracy, efficient deal turnaround, stronger governance, and reduced revenue-related risk.
Accountabilities
•
Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of the commercial pricing pipeline, including transactional data modeling and time-sensitive deal reviews.

Audit proposed contract terms, pricing structures, and custom rebate arrangements against US GAAP and ASC 606 requirements.
•
Develop detailed financial sensitivity models for complex and tiered pricing proposals to assess expected economics and targeted gross margins.
•
Track post-implementation deal performance against historical collections and actual results to improve estimates of implicit price concessions.
•
Partner with commercial sales, billing, and accounting teams to translate custom pricing and contract terms into compliant billing frameworks.
•
Analyze payer and reimbursement considerations to help reduce insurance denial rates and protect expected revenue.
•
Develop standardized pricing templates, governance tools, and tracking mechanisms that improve consistency and scalability across commercial finance operations.
•
Monitor monthly pricing trends, contract execution variances, and financial performance to provide actionable insights to leadership.
•
Identify potential revenue leakage, contract risks, and accounting issues before they affect financial reporting or year-end results.
•
Manage multiple concurrent contract reviews and prioritize time-sensitive opportunities without compromising analytical accuracy or governance standards.
•
Communicate complex accounting requirements, financial implications, pricing structures, and contract considerations clearly to commercial teams and senior stakeholders.
•
Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and established governance procedures.

Contribute to broader finance and organizational initiatives and perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or another quantitative discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and highly relevant professional experience.
•
4–6 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, commercial finance, revenue accounting, or a closely related field.
•
Advanced financial modeling capabilities, including expert-level Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience with pivot tables, data tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, complex formulas, and sensitivity analysis.
•
Strong practical knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition, including variable consideration, price concessions, and contract control concepts.
•
Demonstrated experience analyzing complex, multi-tiered pricing structures and assessing their financial and margin implications.
•
Experience with contract governance, pricing analysis, revenue integrity, or commercial deal review processes.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial, contractual, operational, and historical performance data.
•
Ability to manage a high-volume, time-sensitive deal pipeline while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
•
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex financial and accounting concepts for commercial teams and executive stakeholders.
•
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with sales, billing, accounting, and other business functions.
•
Preferred experience in healthcare, laboratory, biotechnology, or another environment involving complex commercial insurance, Medicaid reimbursement, or payer policy frameworks.
•
Experience with pricing or revenue operations in a regulated or highly controlled environment is advantageous.
•
MBA, Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA, or CFA designation is preferred.

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment and managing competing priorities with limited supervision.
•
Willingness to travel approximately 0–10% annually for team meetings or corporate training.
