Joining our team puts you at the forefront of this transformation. You will collaborate with a group of builders to solve complex problems and reshape a massive industry. If you want to drive real-world impact and do the best work of your career, you’ve found your home. We move fast, follow the data, and hold ourselves to high standards. If that's how you work too, this is the role for you.
About the role:
As a senior analyst on the SEM Analytics team, you will own performance for a portfolio of campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other channels. You will be responsible for daily performance of those channels, as well as identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.
You will report to the SEM Analytics Lead, and will work closely with our Marketing and Engineering teams. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role responsible for scaling high-value traffic channels.
What you'll do:
• Own campaign management for a segment of the SEM portfolio, including but not limited to bid, budget, campaign structure, and strategy decisions.
• Become familiar with end-to-end performance from ad impression to revenue generation, and use that understanding to improve performance.
• Investigate the underlying drivers behind performance changes, and communicate your findings to stakeholders across the company.
• Turn analysis into concrete recommendations that improve margin and profit.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, design test plans and measurement frameworks, manage testing processes, and implement winning strategies.
• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Analytics to support company initiatives and launches.
• Identify areas where recurring work can be automated, create prototypes and automations in Claude, and partner with Product and Engineering to create sophisticated automated campaign management systems.
• Build dashboards and tooling for the team, documenting your work so it is usable by others.
What you bring to the team:
• 2-3 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on growth or marketing analytics.
• Proficient in SQL; comfortable querying and shaping large datasets directly (Snowflake a plus).
• Strong track record of end-to-end analysis: framing an ambiguous problem, doing the work, and landing a recommendation that drove a decision.
• Strong analytical investigation skills; comfortable interrogating performance data to identify root causes.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have:
• Direct experience managing paid search campaigns in Google Ads (Microsoft Advertising a plus).
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate operations and analysis.
