Senior Business Analyst – Aviation Digital Transformation

As a Senior Business Analyst in our Secure Government business unit, you will support digital, data and transformation programmes across secure, regulated and operationally critical environments, with a particular focus on aviation. In this role, you will help clients turn complex operational challenges into clear, deliverable and value-focused outcomes. You will support programmes that improve passenger experience, strengthen operational resilience, enable better use of data and technology, and help airport and aviation organisations deliver safe, secure and efficient services in highly regulated environments. Your role • Delivering exceptional results for our clients by putting value at the core of everything we do. • Working with operational, airport, airline, engineering, security, regulatory and digital stakeholders to translate complex needs into clear, traceable requirements and deliverable outcomes. • Improving operational performance across areas such as passenger processing, security, asset management, airport resilience and operational control. • Using data-led insights to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, improved decision-making and better passenger outcomes. • Supporting safe, secure and assured delivery in complex, regulated and operationally critical environments. • Facilitating collaboration across airport operators, airlines, engineering, technology, security, operational and regulatory stakeholders. • Exploring how emerging technologies, including AI, can enhance insight, planning, assurance and operational effectiveness. • Facilitating collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives and shape the culture and behaviours required for successful digital adoption. • Analyse processes and operations, using appropriate tools and techniques to identify improvements in accordance with client objectives, including workshop facilitation. • Facilitating end‑to‑end requirements development, from initial business needs through user‑level requirements, ensuring clear translation, traceability, and alignment to support the creation of value‑adding digital solutions. • Developing and facilitating the development of transformation roadmaps that form the foundation of digital change for our customers. • Influence Agile practices within our client’s environment, helping to shape key activities and actively participating in sprints, scrums and retrospectives. • Contributing to the development of operational improvement tools, techniques and methods that build capability within our teams, including exploring how AI‑enabled approaches can enhance efficiency, insight and value. • Design, execution and facilitating of operational proving trials, including insights of data and compilation of comprehensive trial outcomes report. • Championing stakeholders' needs, ensuring development is aligned with their requirements and business goals. About you • Experience in operating at a Senior Level in consulting services to clients or relevant business analyst role. • Experience working in the aviation sector, or in comparable operationally critical, regulated environments such as transport, defence, energy, utilities or secure government. Direct airport, airline or aviation digital transformation experience would be advantageous. • Attained or working towards BA Diploma. • Understanding of the aviation delivery environment, including operational safety, security, regulatory compliance, passenger experience, resilience, assurance, data integration and the importance of working effectively across multidisciplinary airport, airline, engineering, operational and digital teams. • Experience in technology-led transformation programmes across strategy, business design and change
