Senior Business Analyst – Digital Pension Solutions

Contract Duration: 1 October 2026 – 31 December 2027 Project Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer to support the further development of its digital pension portfolio, including solutions related to: Pillar 3a, Vested benefits, Securities and investment solutions. The main focus of the role will be on customer-centric requirements analysis, technical solution development, specification of features and user stories, and supporting implementation through to testing and acceptance. Your Responsibilities • Analyse and specify requirements for digital pension solutions • Support the further development of the digital pension portfolio • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders, product management and specialist departments • Develop customer-focused and technically feasible solution proposals independently • Create and specify features and user stories • Develop GUI prototypes in collaboration with UX/UI specialists • Support and accompany the implementation of new features • Coordinate and perform the acceptance of delivered functionality • Ensure quality assurance and support the testing of new functionalities Your Profile • At least 5 years of professional experience in Business Engineering, ideally within the financial services or insurance industry • Senior to Expert-level experience in Business Analysis / Business Engineering • Experience with digital investment platforms, pension solutions or advisory solutions • Strong methodological knowledge, for example: o BPMN o GUI prototyping o Story Maps • Experience working in agile organisations, preferably with SAFe • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Ability to translate business and customer requirements into practical and technically feasible solutions Working Environment You will work in a dynamic and agile environment as part of an interdisciplinary team and collaborate closely with: • Product Management • Portfolio Management • UX/UI specialists • Software Development teams Tools • Jira • Confluence • Prototyping tools such as Figma Languages • German: C2 / Near-native proficiency • English: B2 / Upper-Intermediate level
