Job Function: Senior Business Analytics and Business Intelligence Developer Responsibilities This senior-level position is dedicated to a Work Dynamics major Financial Service Account. The role is responsible for leading the development of advanced reports, interactive visualization dashboards, and data analytics solutions that enable client and JLL stakeholders to monitor performance and make strategic decisions. The position reports directly to the Senior Business Analytics and BI Manager and serves as a technical lead for BI initiatives in the APAC region. Key Responsibilities Development & Technical Delivery • Design, develop, and maintain complex reports and interactive visualization dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and other BI tools to reflect key performance metrics • Build and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines to support analytics and reporting requirements • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and views in MS SQL Server to extract, transform, and analyze data • Develop and maintain documentation for data models, reports, dashboards, and technical specifications • Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytics outputs Strategic & Analytical Work • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable BI solutions • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BI developers and analysts on the team • Evaluate and recommend new BI tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance analytics capabilities Collaboration & Stakeholder Management • Partner with client stakeholders and JLL leadership to understand business needs and define reporting requirements • Liaise with on-account BI, Reporting, and Data Management team members across NAMR and EMEA regions to ensure consistency and leverage existing solutions • Present analytics findings and dashboard functionality to technical and non-technical audiences • Participate in requirement gathering sessions and provide expert input on feasibility and approach Project Management & Prioritization • Manage multiple concurrent development projects and adapt to changing priorities • Follow delivery schedules and prioritization frameworks established by the Senior Business Analytics and BI Manager • Proactively communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders • Take ownership of assigned development work and demonstrate accountability for timely, high-quality deliverables Reporting Line • The position will report to the account’s Senior Business Analytics and BI Manager located in the APAC Region Required Experience • 5 to 7 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related technical roles • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing complex dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI • 5+ years of experience working with MS SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning • 2+ years of experience designing and implementing ETL processes and data integration workflows • Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical BI solutions Preferred Experience • Proven experience working with commercial real estate data, specifically in property/facility management, lease administration, and/or project management contexts • Experience with Smartsheet development and automation • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate for business process automation Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and business stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with new technologies and best practices • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Location: On-site –Makati, Philippines If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
