About this role

About Delinea: Delinea is the identity security platform that continuously controls what AI agents, humans and machines can do and for how long. It extends privileged access management from the point of access to the moment of action, using just-in-time authorization to reduce standing privilege across on-premises, multi-cloud and short-lived infrastructure, without adding friction for legitimate users. Delinea provides visibility across every identity type, scores the risk each one carries, and preserves the context behind access decisions, making them auditable and defensible. It supports both static and ephemeral access, letting teams apply Zero Standing Privilege where risk demands it without replacing existing infrastructure. This position is hybrid (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at our office in Reforma. Summary: We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing Data Science & Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data modeling, application development, and applied AI. You will own the design, development, and end-to-end support of analytical solutions — from Snowflake-powered data models to production Streamlit applications and AI-powered data products — that turn company-level initiatives into decisions across our B2B SaaS business. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and data engineers to transform complex datasets into usable tools, and to operationalize the team's AI/ML work into applications people rely on every day. This role is expected to be AI-first in how it builds — a meaningful shift from how the team operated a year ago — and demands strong technical craft, natural curiosity, and a collaborative mindset to lead products from concept to production and keep them running. What You'll Do Streamlit Application Development & Ownership · Design, develop, and ship production Streamlit applications that turn company and GTM requirements into usable data products. · Own the full lifecycle of the team's Streamlit apps — build, release, monitoring, and end-to-end support — keeping them reliable as data and requirements evolve. · Iterate quickly with stakeholders, using AI-assisted development to move from requirement to working app faster than traditional hand-coding. Advanced Data Modeling & Analytics · Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake data models to support analytics, applications, and AI-driven products. · Build scalable, efficient queries and datasets to ensure high-quality, trustworthy data availability for the apps you deliver. AI-First Development · Use AI tools for development as a core part of daily work — not an occasional add-on — to design, build, test, and maintain applications. · Apply prompt engineering and modern AI development techniques to accelerate delivery and improve product quality. Operationalizing AI/ML into Applications · Integrate the data science team's model outputs — traditional ML models, RAG endpoints, and agentic LLM services — into user-facing Streamlit applications. · Own the last mile from model to product: wire in model and data services, design the user experience, and keep the integrated apps performant and dependable in production. · Partner with data scientists to turn their work into shipped, supported tools rather than one-off notebooks or prototypes. BI & Reporting · Build and maintain supporting reporting in other BI tools such as Power BI where a full application isn't warranted. Business Impact & Collaboration · Partner with GTM, sales ops, customer success, and initiative owners to identify high-impact opportunities and translate business intent into the right data product. · Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, and stand behind the accuracy of the numbers your apps surface. What You'll Need · Bachelor’s plus 6+ years of hands-on data analytics and/or application development experience, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade data products OR Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field plus 4+ years of equivalent hands-on experience. · Advanced Snowflake expertise , including complex SQL and scalable data-model design. · Expert-level Streamlit development — proven experience building and shipping production Streamlit applications. · Proficiency using AI tools for development — this is a required, must-have skill. The way we build has changed substantially from last year; this role is expected to work AI-first. · Deep data fluency — a strong, intuitive understanding of data structure, quality, and how to turn it into something trustworthy and useful. · GTM domain knowledge with strong business acumen — understands the go-to-market space and can translate business needs into products. · Ability to integrate AI/ML outputs into applications — comfortable consuming model endpoints, RAG, and agentic services and operationalizing them into reliable, user-facing tools. · Proficiency in Python for application and data work. · Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. We'd Love To See · Experience with additional BI tools (Power BI or similar) for lighter-weight reporting. · Exposure to MLOps or lightweight model-deployment practices used to keep AI features running in production. · Knowledge of B2B SaaS business models and GTM processes (marketing, sales, customer success). · Background working with large-scale Salesforce/SFDC datasets. · Familiarity with the Delinea / DSA stack: Snowflake, Salesforce, Gainsight, and Azure DevOps. Why work at Delinea? • We're passionate problem-solvers helping the world's largest organizations protect what matters most: their human and machine identities. • We invest in people who are smart, self-motivated, and collaborative. • What we offer in return is meaningful work, a culture of innovation and great career progression.
