We are looking for a Senior IT Demand & Portfolio Analyst to support IT demand management, portfolio governance, reporting, and project delivery across Group Functions IT. This role ensures effective coordination between business and IT stakeholders while maintaining visibility of the group function Group Functions IT demand pipeline and supporting governance processes.
What you will do
• Coordinate Group Functions IT demand intake and governance processes, ensuring demands are assessed, documented, and progressed through established governance frameworks.
• Work with business and IT stakeholders to assess scope, impact, dependencies, resource requirements, and costs for new initiatives.
• Maintain visibility of the Group Functions IT demand pipeline and proactively track actions, approvals, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain Group Functions IT portfolio reporting covering project status, demand pipeline, risks, milestones, and governance updates.
• Support planning and delivery of Group Functions IT projects and workstreams, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder activities.
What you bring
Experience
• 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, demand management, portfolio management, or IT governance
• Experience working with business and IT stakeholders in a global environment.
• Experience supporting project delivery, governance reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Education
• University degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline.
Personal Competencies
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive follow-ups to completion.
