This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on shaping the data strategy and evolution of a global technology organization.
You will connect Technology, Product, and Business teams to ensure data becomes a strategic driver of decision-making, operational efficiency, and business value.
The role combines strategic leadership with enough technical depth to influence architecture, platforms, data products, analytics, and engineering decisions.
You will lead and develop high-performing Data teams while establishing priorities, roadmaps, governance standards, and scalable solutions.
The position offers significant influence across the organization, including close collaboration with executive leadership and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
You will also drive modernization, automation, and emerging opportunities involving AI and advanced data technologies.

Accountabilities:
As Senior Manager Data & Analytics, you will own the strategic direction and evolution of the Data function, ensuring that data capabilities are aligned with business objectives and capable of supporting sustainable growth. You will combine people leadership, technical direction, business partnership, and organizational transformation.
• Define and execute the Data strategy and roadmap in alignment with broader business objectives.
• Lead, structure, and develop Data teams, fostering high performance, technical excellence, and continuous professional growth.
• Establish priorities and make strategic decisions across the Data ecosystem, balancing business impact, technical needs, and long-term scalability.
• Guide the evolution of data architecture, platforms, products, and solutions.
• Establish and maintain standards for data quality, governance, security, reliability, and observability.
• Partner closely with Technology, Product, Operations, and other strategic functions to align data initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Translate business needs and challenges into scalable Data solutions and products.
• Promote a strong data-driven culture and expand the use of analytics and intelligence across the organization.
• Lead modernization, automation, and efficiency initiatives across Data capabilities and processes.
• Serve as a strategic and technical reference for complex Data discussions, connecting technical specialists with executive leadership.
• Communicate technical opportunities, risks, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and new applications of AI relevant to Data and Analytics.
• Ensure Data initiatives continuously evolve to support changing business requirements and organizational scale.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines strong Data expertise, proven people leadership, business acumen, and the technical depth required to engage in architecture and technology decisions. You should be comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels while influencing senior stakeholders across a complex technology environment.
• Strong professional experience in Data, Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and developing Data teams.
• Sufficient technical depth to confidently discuss data architecture, platforms, data engineering, analytics, and technical decisions.
• Experience working in technology companies and/or digital product environments.
• Strong business orientation and the ability to translate business problems into effective, data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across different organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with executive leadership.
• Experience operating in environments undergoing transformation, rapid growth, and technological evolution.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in technology companies or digital products is a strong plus.
• Experience with AI and Machine Learning is desirable.
• Experience developing or managing Data Products is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern Data architectures is desirable.
• Experience with Data governance, quality, and observability is a plus.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary organizations or managing Data leaders is an advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with execution focus and the ability to prioritize complex initiatives.
• Ability to create alignment across technical and business teams and drive decisions in ambiguous environments.
