Senior Manager, Strategy & Consulting Primary Skills • MS Project Plan, CSM, PMP, SAFe Job requirements • Experience Range: With at least 12 years of business analysis experience, including significant leadership in delivering functional solutions for complex business challenges Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of business analysts to deliver functional solutions for strategic business initiatives 2. Obtain, document, and synthesize requirements from business users and subject matter experts, ensuring clarity and completeness 3. Review business priorities, analyze options and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders 4. Develop detailed business and functional requirements, including functional system requirements specifications 5. Proactively participate in the design and solution architecting of target state systems and processes 6. Interface directly with senior business stakeholders and operational users to ensure alignment and effective communication 7. Leverage advanced tools and technologies, including MS Excel, Jira, Mind Maps, Java, and SQL, to support business analysis and project delivery 8. Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and ensure compliance with the software development life cycle for all projects Required Skills: 1. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting 2. Strong experience with Jira for requirements tracking and project management 3. Hands-on knowledge of Mind Maps for requirements visualization 4. Working knowledge of Java for functional requirement translation 5. Proficient in SQL for data analysis and requirements validation 6. Experience with Agile frameworks 7. Ability to leverage AI tools for business analysis and process improvement 8. Experience creating functional system requirements specifications 9. Knowledge of software development life cycle Preferred Skills: 1. Experience in Trade Finance domain 2. Understanding of programming languages such as Python 3. Experience leading cross-functional teams in a consulting environment Desired Qualifications: 1. Associate's degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline 2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) 3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
