Job Description – Sr. DevOps Engineer We are looking for a highly experienced Sr. DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise cloud architecture, multi-cloud implementations, and customer-facing engagements. The candidate should have experience delivering large-scale production systems, leading technical teams, and driving DevOps best practices across projects. Key Responsibilities: ● Work with CTO / Engineering leadership to define enterprise DevOps standards and best practices ● Lead and mentor DevOps engineers (3–5 members) and drive technical excellence ● Architect secure, scalable multi-cloud infrastructure solutions ● Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated system health checks with predictive analysis ● Design and manage complex CI/CD pipelines including blue-green and canary deployments ● Drive multi-cloud migration, disaster recovery, and cost optimization initiatives ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Ansible, Helm, and ArgoCD ● Establish DevOps processes and continuous improvement initiatives ● Review Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks ● Maintain technical documentation, architecture decision records, and work breakdown structures ● Manage incident resolution and perform root cause analysis ● Ensure production infrastructure availability and performance across AWS/Azure environments Skills & Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer science/engineering or equivalent practical experience ● 4–6 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering / SRE / Platform Engineering ● Experience working with enterprise clients and customer-facing engagements ● Experience delivering large-scale production systems and cloud implementations ● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ● Experience leading small technical teams or mentoring engineers Desired Skills & Experience: ● Strong expertise in AWS (primary) and Azure/GCP environments ● Terraform & CloudFormation infrastructure automation ● Advanced scripting in Python, Go, and Bash ● Kubernetes (EKS), Docker container orchestration ● Monitoring tools – Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, Elasticsearch ● DevOps & SRE practices and Agile/Scrum workflows (JIRA) ● Identity & security tools (Keycloak, DevSecOps practices) ● Static code analysis tools (SonarQube, ESLint, Pylint, Checkmarx) ● Linux & Windows infrastructure management ● Networking concepts (VPN, Load Balancer, CDN) ● Database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) Expected Credentials: ● AWS Solutions Architect Professional / equivalent cloud certification ● Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Kubernetes CKA/CKAD ● Terraform Associate certification ● Experience with GitOps, Service Mesh, and enterprise DevOps platforms (Jenkins X, Vault, Spinnaker, OpenShift) ● Experience in consulting / managed services environments ● Strong communication and presentation skills
