Job Title: MIS Analyst / Business Analyst Experience: 3–6 Years Location: Bangalore Job Description: We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with strong MIS and business reporting experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and hands-on expertise in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Key Skills: • Excellent English communication (written and verbal) • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint • Experience in creating dashboards and MIS reports • Ability to analyze and interpret business data such as revenue, forecasts, order bookings, project data, vendor payments, and invoice management • Knowledge of legal and compliance documentation • Experience in coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders • Exposure to bid preparation and business support activities Good-to-Have Skills: • Agile methodology • Data analysis and reporting • Basic finance knowledge • Statistical data modeling • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Candidate: • 3–6 years of relevant experience in MIS, Business Analysis, or Reporting • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
