To support the senior leaders of our International business and the Programme and Project Managers across our delivery teams, we have an immediate opening for a: Programme Management Office (PMO) Analyst About the role:  ThePMOAnalyst supports the PMO Lead in delivering governance, financial control, reporting and programme coordination across complex lottery software and systems delivery programmes.  Thisrole provides analytical, administrative, and operational support to ensure accurate reporting, financial transparency, risk visibility and structured programme control. The PMO Analyst plays a key role in maintaining data integrity and enabling informed executive decision-making across global delivery teams.  Theposition requires strong attention to detail, analytical capability, structured thinking and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, regulated technology environment. Key Responsibilities:  ProgrammeReporting & Data Management: o Produce weekly and monthly programme status reports. o Maintain dashboards and performance metrics. o Consolidate updates from project managers and workstream leads. o Ensureaccuracy and consistency of reporting data. o Support preparation of steering committee materials.  Planning &Tracking Support: o Maintain programme schedules and milestone tracking. o Support dependency tracking across projects and jurisdictions. o Updateand manage RAID logs. o Trackactions and follow-ups from governance forums. o Assist with change control documentation and tracking.  Financial Tracking & Analysis: o Support budget tracking and cost reporting. o Maintain forecast updates and variance analysis. o Reconcile actuals vs. plan in collaboration with Finance. o Trackpurchase orders, invoices and vendor spend. o Assist with financial reporting across regions and currencies.  Risk&Issue Management Support: o Maintain programme risk and issue registers. o Trackmitigation actions and escalation timelines. o Support risk workshops and documentation. o Ensurerisk data is up to date.  Governance &Compliance Support: o Ensuredocumentation aligns with internal governance standards. o Maintain stage-gate documentation and approvals. o Support audit preparation activities. o Archive and organise programme documentation.  Resource &Capacity Reporting: o Maintain resource tracking spreadsheets and tools. o Trackallocation vs. demand data. o Support reporting of capacity risks and constraints.  Tooling &Continuous Improvement: o Maintain PM systems and reporting tools. o Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation. o Standardise templates and documentation formats. o Support lessons learned capture and knowledge management. Requirements & Competencies:  5+years’ experience in PMO, project coordination, or delivery support roles.  Experience supporting complex technology or software programmes.  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and reporting tools.  Experience working with PM systems (e.g., Clarity, Planview, Jira, MS Project, or similar).  Strong analytical and data consolidation skills.  Project management certification (CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar).  Experience in regulated industries (gaming, fintech, payments, telecom, etc.).  Financial tracking or budgeting.  Strong attention to detail.  Analytical and numerate.  Structured and process-oriented.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to manage multiple priorities.  Proactive and solution-focused.  Highlevel of integrity and confidentiality
