In FY2025, USCIS approved 12,341 H-1B workers at the companies on our board (5,515 of them new to that employer). 443 of 1,343 board companies have at least one approval from FY2023 on.

A US fiscal year runs from 1 October to 30 September. FY2026 covers October 2025 to June 2026 (first three quarters). New to employer counts new jobs, transfers and concurrent jobs; the total also counts extensions with the same employer.

An H-1B record is history: USCIS counted petitions the employer filed. It does not promise that a given role will sponsor, so read each posting too.

Every number on this page is computed from the live analyst roles on realanalystjobs.com on 11 October 2026, read from the employers' own career pages and re-checked daily, and it updates as roles open and close. H-1B figures come from the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub (data as of 2026-06-30). Nothing is estimated or projected.
