Capital One13Will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for the position.
Anthropic11Does sponsor visas, though not for every role and every candidate.
Bounteous3Willing to sponsor eligible candidates for employment visas.
EvolutionIQ2Open to sponsoring candidates already in the US.
Medtronic (senior only)4Sponsorship only for principal level and above.

Most US analyst postings never mention sponsorship either way. 983 (87%) are silent, so the posting alone cannot tell an international candidate whether the employer sponsors. Only 10% rule it out in writing.

Companies with at least one posting that says no include Johnson & Johnson, Walmart, Affirm, BILL, Veeva and U.S. Bank.

Capital One's Senior Data Analyst roles (Card; Analytics & Transformation; Enterprise Services) ask for a bachelor's in a quantitative field plus 2 years, or a master's in progress. They pay $111,200 to $126,900 in McLean, VA, and the posting says Capital One will consider sponsoring.

  • Do not skip a posting because it says nothing about sponsorship. The 87% that are silent are where most of the chances are.
  • Before applying, look up the employer's past H-1B filings on the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub. It is free and tells you more than the posting does.
  • Skip the 10% that say no in writing, and apply first to the 4 companies that say yes.
  • Defense and government contractors often require US citizenship or a security clearance. Check that separately; it is not counted here.
  • Sample: every US role with an analyst title on realanalystjobs.com/jobs on 7 October 2026 (1,598 roles). The job description was read from each role's page; 1,323 had one.
  • Exclusions: postings from the reposting sites Jobgether and Weekday were removed, and duplicates (same company and title) were removed, leaving 1,128 postings.
  • Classification: only sentences that mention sponsorship together with a visa, H-1B, immigration or work-authorization term were read. Each was classified by pattern as no, yes or limited, and then every yes and every unclear case was checked by hand.
  • A posting that says you must be authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future counts as no. A posting that limits sponsorship to senior levels counts as limited.
  • Each posting is classified on its own, so one company can say different things in different postings.
  • One day's snapshot of one board. Postings open and close daily.
  • US roles with analyst titles only. Roles whose page had no job description were left out.
  • It measures what postings say, not what employers do. A silent posting may still lead to sponsorship, and a yes is not a guarantee for every role or candidate.
  • realanalystjobs.com reads company career pages; its coverage is large but it is not the whole US market.
