Financial Analyst – JLL What this job involves: Join our Work Dynamics Client Finance Organization as a Financial Analyst supporting a start-up client account. This collaborative role drives core business analysis and metrics while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism. You will partner with leaders across the organization to deliver critical financial insights, streamline reporting processes, and identify strategic opportunities that contribute directly to client success and JLL's operational excellence. What your day-to-day will look like: • Complete regular and ad-hoc reporting, including client documents, presentations, graphs, and charts while maintaining data integrity across all deliverables. • Generate monthly and quarterly reports, running day-to-day forecasting activities and enhancing existing reporting frameworks. • Conduct detailed forecast analysis, including Budget versus Actual spending and Forecast versus Actual spending comparisons. • Support annual budget planning, preparation, and development while assisting leaders in identifying budget corrections and implementing changes. • Organize and maintain team data collection systems, developing efficient reporting strategies through automation and process simplification. • Identify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps, and financial risks while supporting cost-savings and process improvement initiatives. • Participate in developing best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for financial reporting across the account. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. • 2+ years of relevant financial analysis experience. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with demonstrated proficiency in complex financial modeling. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting start-up or transition client accounts. • Familiarity with financial reporting automation tools and technologies. • Experience with budget planning and forecasting in a corporate services environment. • Demonstrated success in process improvement and cost-savings initiatives. • Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed operational level. • High level of attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal sensitivity. • Strong organizational and coordination skills with proven ability to collaborate across multiple organizational levels. Expected compensation for this position: 75,000.00 – 80,000.00 USD per year Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
